This department facilitates PN Operations Branch Officers to optimally exploit the modern weapons and sensors. For this purpose, BS (MIS) degree program through hybrid distance learning has been introduced in the training scheme. The faculty is a blend of Management and Information Technology professionals.

I welcome you all to the Department of Management Information Systems. We are concerned with developing and applying scientific principles through models and concepts in resolving managerial problems, in pursuit of operational excellence and managerial effectiveness for Operations branch officers of Pakistan Navy. It is my utmost desire to elevate the competence level in the department to the extent that officers produced here have the ability to tackle the challenges of modern age. Moreover, department is thriving to provide competent & diligent teachers, professional researchers, and industrious & morally sound students, all working together for the benefit of Pakistan Navy and ultimately for Pakistan. I expect our faculty to be actively involved in helping students succeed. My office, staff officers and I make every effort to be actively helpful to the entire university community. I wish all my graduating students to prosper in their respective fields and prove their worth wherever they work.
