I have been working in the area of Semiconductor and Nano Devices. I have completed PhD from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Currently I am serving in Pakistan Navy as Lieutenant Commander, and PNEC-NUST Electrical & Power Engineering department as Assistant Professor.
