NUST AIRWORKS IN TEKNOFEST 2022

NUST AirWorks, Pakistan’s foremost internationally-competing drone team. The team has been competitive on a national and international stage since its inception in 2016. Since 2018, the team has been successfully managing to raise Pakistan’s flag high at the UK’s IMechE UAS Challenge, one of the prestigious international university-level drone competitions.

In the year 2022, the team participated in Teknofest2022, an aerospace competition organized by Tubitak (Turkish IT Ministry) at Kutahya, Turkey which was held from 9 August 2022 till 14 August 2022. The team managed to attain the 18th position amongst 90+ competitors.

NUST Airworks strives to accomplish two main objectives: firstly, to present drone technology and its various applications to the young generation which includes general public as well and secondly, to make the team’s various projects as commercially viable as possible in the interest of Pakistan’s drone technology.
