NRT (NUST ROCKET TEAM)

In April 2022, NUST Rocket Team signed a liaison agreement with Pakistan’s prestigious space agency, SUPARCO. The Suparco team is going to provide NRT with the technical expertise to work on the project and improve it. Technical members of society will also be given workshops in SUPARCO so that they can get hands-on experience in this industry.

Completion of project raftaar the project that was written down on paper in 2019 and was completed in October 2022. The same project was also placed in International Defense Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2022. The project Raftaar is Pakistan’s first ever student-built sounding rocket that, when launched, has the capability to reach an altitude of 10,000 ft.
