WORLD BLOOD DONOR DAY 2023 NUST-PNEC

World Blood Donor Day (WBDD) was celebrated on 14 June 2023 at NUST-PNEC to raise awareness on the need for safe blood, for blood products and to thank voluntary, unpaid donors for their life saving gift of blood. The global theme for 2023 World Blood Donor Day campaign was “Give Blood, Give Plasma, Share Life, Share Often”. A special lecture was delivered by SMO PNEC Dr. Naheed Ajeebullah. A campus walk was organized at NUST-PNEC. Participants were carrying banners highlighting importance of giving blood and plasma. Panaflexes / brochures with the subject themes were displayed at prominent places in the campus. Awareness walk was led by Deputy Commandant PNEC Engr. Muhammad Irfan Nadeem.
